Returns are done on a case-by-case basis and are also dependent on whether it is within our 15-day return policy (for defective products only) and within the guidelines of warranty from manufacturers. Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased items unless defective, damaged by shipping carrier (whereby a claim must be made to the carrier), damaged by retailer, or if we’ve accidentally shipped you the wrong product. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. Please contact us if your product is either defective or you receive the wrong product. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product discrepancy is a result of manufacturer error. Sale items cannot be returned.
